What information should I include with a referral?
Your patient's name and contact details are enough to get started. If you have recent radiographs, a CBCT, or clinical notes, sending them along helps us plan efficiently — but it's never required to make the referral.
Will my patient be returned to my practice?
Yes. We're a referral-based implant and prosthodontic practice — we focus on the specific treatment you refer for and return your patient to you for their routine and ongoing general dental care.
How quickly will my patient be seen?
We reach out to referred patients promptly, typically within one to two business days, and prioritize urgent cases. You'll receive confirmation once the consultation is scheduled.
Do you co-manage cases?
Absolutely. We're happy to coordinate on treatment sequencing, share imaging and lab work, and align on the restorative endpoint so the hand-off in either direction is seamless.
How will I be kept informed?
You'll receive a consultation summary and treatment plan after the initial visit, plus updates at key milestones. Let us know your preferred method — email, phone, or fax — and we'll match it.
