They are not qualified health plans under the Affordable Care Act, are not intended to replace dental insurance, and do not meet the requirements of any state's insurance laws. Members receive the included preventive services and discounts on eligible treatment as described above; fees are non-refundable and membership may not be combined with dental insurance or other offers. The discount does not apply to full-arch implants (All-on-X), full mouth reconstruction, sedation or anesthesia fees, lab fees, products, outside specialist care, or treatment already offered at a reduced rate. Our team is glad to explain what qualifies before you begin.
